Abstract
Projekt se zaměřuje na výzkum a vývoj víceúčelového stroje, který se sestává ze systému hloubkové pneumatické klakáže trhání zeminy za pomocí stlačeného vzduchu. Účelem tohoto stroje je snížit míru degradace půdy, která spočívá v jejím fyzikálním, chemickém a biologickém poškození. Tato skutečnost povede ke zhodnocení zemědělských a lesnických půd. Technologie pracuje na principu dopravování vzduchu do půdy přes zaberaněnou jehlu, ze které je čtyřmi radiálními otvory vyfukován do půdy. Aby bylo možné prokypřit co největší objem zeminy, a tím zvětšit její zasakovací kapacitu, je možné jehlu zaberanit až do hloubky 1,5 m. Zásadním aspektem řešením tohoto stroje je možnost zapravit jehlu až pod úroveň hluboce a extrémně zhutnělého podorničí. V každé etáži v půdě se přeruší postup beranění a do jehly, která je zahloubena do půdy, se vpustí stlačený vzduch ze vzdušníku, který je rovněž součástí tohoto stroje.
The project focuses on the research and development of a multi-purpose machine, which consists of a system of deep pneumatic clacking of soil using compressed air. The purpose of this machine is to reduce the level of soil degradation, which consists in its physical, chemical and biological damage. This fact will lead to the improvement of agricultural and forestry soils. The technology works on the principle of transporting air into the soil through a rammed needle, from which it is blown into the soil through four radial holes. In order to loosen the largest possible volume of soil and thereby increase its infiltration capacity, it is possible to ram the needle to a depth of 1.5 m. A fundamental aspect of the solution of this machine is the possibility of inserting the needle below the level of deeply and extremely compacted subsoil. At each level in the ground, the piling process is interrupted and compressed air from an air tank, which is also part of this machine, is introduced into the needle, which is sunk into the ground.
